I found this resource while surfing the world wide web about the magna carta for small enterprises also known as Republic Act No. 6977 as amended by Republic Act No. 8289.
It was under ChanRobles Group, i personally do not know this group myself, but the resource i believe would be great  for Philippines SB owners.
