I couldn’t agree more. With the pace of environmental laws and the carbon credit scheme, I think home and business inspector’s will be a huge industry. I don’t know if governments will let private agencies do the inspection but certainly a market for consultants will open as businesses will want to pass inspections the first time they are handled.
